Welcome to Velonix Studio. By engaging our services for web design and development, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Services
Velonix Studio provides custom website design, development, and related digital services as described in the specific project proposal or agreement provided to the Client.
2. Project Timeline
We make every effort to complete projects within the estimated timeframe. However, timelines are dependent on the Client providing necessary assets (images, text, credentials) promptly. Delays caused by the Client may result in an extension of the delivery date.
3. Payments
Payment Structure: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to commence work. The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion, before the final website is transferred to the Client's live server or files are handed over.
4. Revisions
Our standard packages include up to two rounds of revisions during the design phase. Revisions requested after the design has been approved and coding has begun may be considered "Scope Creep" and will incur additional development charges.
5. Intellectual Property (IP)
Upon final payment settlement, Velonix Studio grants the Client full ownership of the custom design and code. However, Velonix Studio retains the right to use the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials. We do not claim ownership of any third-party software or plugins used.
6. Post-Launch Support
We provide a 7-day complimentary support period post-launch to fix any bugs or errors identified by the Client. This covers technical fixes only and does not include new features, design changes, or content updates.
